A professional communication program – Digital Transformation in Public Sector – addressing several professional communities: leaders of managers in local public administration institutions, public hospitals, universities and secondary education institutions, utilities. Geographical area: Iasi and Constanta.

2 regional half-day conferences in Iasi and Constanta. A first session joint for all communities and, after, separate sessions for each community present: education, health and administration.
